By subscribing to a paid tier (Starter at $199/month, Growth at $399/month, or Scale at $799/month), you authorize recurring subscription charges according to your chosen billing interval (monthly or annual).
You agree to use AdSpy Studio solely for lawful market research and creative strategy. You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer platform infrastructure, or resell automated access without explicit commercial license.
AdSpy Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In no event shall AdSpy Studio or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
